Weekend Fun

Hi all! We can tell fall is almost here by the many activities beginning and school starting soon for us! We have moved some of our activities to the weekend for the time being. Rhett is still taking gymnastics and really enjoys it. We had a makeup class last Saturday and the teacher was phenomenal. Therefore, we decided to take class from her on Saturdays. It was a tough decision because we don't usually like to be tied down for the weekends. That being said, we wanted the best teacher possible as well. So, we will try this session for 8 weeks and see how we like it. Starting in mid Sept we will also have soccer games on Saturday mornings. Rhett is playing on the church team. It seems like a good experience for him. All the kids get equal playing time and they have Christian coaches. They only play one another, so it is not very competitive. Just fun fun fun. His practices are on Tuesday evenings. We went out today after gymnastics and bought him his soccer gear. The little guy is so precious in his cletes, shin guards, and tall socks! He even picked out a pair of Umbros! I loved those as a kid. He got a new ball and came home and played for quite a while in the heat! We had to make him stop for a bit to rest. Bailey just keeps up the best she can. Lots of fun things starting up. We will keep you up to date and post pics of all of this in the coming week! Have a blessed week!
